Shipping We ship within 24 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. We ship within the continental 48 US states. No international shipping or shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. If you purchased your item during a holiday or weekend, we will ship your item out as soon as we get back to our normal business hours. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies Item will ship within 24 hours of purchase, unless item is purchased before 2PM central time, Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. If you cancel the item but item has shipped after cancellation or customer decides to return it, customer is responsible for shipping to and from. You have 14 days to cancel the sale after the item is received. Item must be returned in the same condition it was shipped to you and customer is responsible for return shipping. A 15% restocking fee will be applied for any returns and items must be returned within 14 days after customer receives item. A refund will be credited back to your credit card or paypal depending on what was used for payment, minus 15% restocking.
